Stallholder Responsibilities – read carefully & action as required

Register your stall (using this form) and provide current Insurance Certificate/s of Currency *

Provide own table, chairs, pop-up marquee, and banners – no large marquees with deep spikes permitted in the park ( 3m x 3m marquee using sandbags) *

Set up the stall and your activity between 8.00 am-9.00am – stalls must be set up by 9:30am *

Provide engaging, child-safe, child-focused activities and brochures/giveaways *

Provide hand sanitiser, sunscreen, tissues, drinking water, and paper cups on your stall to ensure free availability for children and families *
